Joe Terry

Chief Executive Officer

Joe Terry is President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Corporate Visions, responsible for driving the company vision and strategy execution.

His mission is building a world class organization that serves its employees, customers, and communities.

Joe brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations and executive management from companies such as Pacific Medical, PeopleSoft (PSFT), Workstream (WSTM) and Kronos (KRON). Since Joe’s arrival in 2008 he has led Corporate Visions to record growth in bookings, revenue and profits. Recently he led a management buyout with Private Equity Partner Hammond, Kennedy & Whitney.

Joe studied Marketing at California State University, Hayward, earned his B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix. Additional studies include executive education from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Stanford School of Business and Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business. Joe played middle linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks and currently competes in Ironman Triathlons. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and twin daughters.

 

Tim Riesterer

Chief Strategy and
Marketing Officer

 

Tim Riesterer is responsible for leading the strategic direction of Corporate Visions in thought leadership, positioning and product development.

Tim has more than 20 years experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Tim co-founded Customer Message Management, LLC (CMM Group), where he was CEO until it was acquired by Corporate Visions in 2008. Before CMM Group, Tim was CMO and VP of Strategic Services for Ventaso. Additionally Tim was President and CEO of Brady Marketing Group and has worked in marketing, communication and sales support for world-class technology manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation and GE Medical Systems.

Tim is co-author of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing’s Impact on Selling (Thomson/AMA) and Conversations that Win the Complex Sale: Using Power Messaging to Create More Opportunities, Differentiate Your Solution, and Close More Deals (McGraw Hill) and has a degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tim lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife and four daughters, he enjoys singing and acting.

Jeffrey Clidence

Chief Financial Officer

 

Jeff Clidence is Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Visions. He leads Corporate Visions’ Finance, Operations and IT teams. Jeff is responsible for defining capital structure, planning, and optimizing the financial performance and growth. Additionally, Jeff is responsible for leading the technology direction and IT strategy in support of product development, service delivery and company operations.

Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Jeff was a member of the investment team at our equity partner Hammond Kennedy Whitney managing over $300 million of assets. He was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities through constructing financial models and performing financial, business and industry due diligence. Jeff has additional experience within the investment banking industry with Robert W. Baird & Company where he advised companies on strategic decisions, valuation models, IPO analysis, M&A and capital fundraising activities.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management with an emphasis on Corporate Finance from Purdue University. Jeff lives in Incline Village, NV and enjoys golfing, skiing, running and Purdue sports.

Kevin Guthrie

Kevin Guthrie

Executive Vice President,
Global Sales and
Customer Success

 

Kevin Guthrie is Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Success. He is responsible for leading all Corporate Visions’ sales activities, account management and strategic reseller relationships.

Kevin possesses over 15 years of sales and executive sales management experience in the enterprise software and services industries where he has led his teams to consistently exceed financial targets.

Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Kevin led Oracle’s Commercial CRM On-Demand Team as Vice President of North America Sales. Under his leadership, CRM On-Demand was the fastest growing business application in Oracle’s portfolio. Kevin also held various sales leadership positions at Hyperion Solutions until it was acquired by Oracle.

Kevin graduated with a BA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, during which he worked for the US Department of Justice and participated in the London Study Program. He has completed additional coursework in Corporate Finance at University of California, Berkeley. Kevin enjoys family activities, exercise, golf and playing the guitar. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and four daughters.

 


Erik Peterson

Executive Vice President of Strategic Consulting

 

Erik Peterson is Executive Vice President of Strategic Consulting. He is responsible for leading Corporate Visions’ Consulting team globally, including staff and certified contractors. Erik has delivered consulting engagements, keynotes, and messaging skills workshops to more than 10,000 marketing and sales executives in over 13 countries, and his team has done this work in 56 countries around the world.

Prior to Corporate Visions, Erik held various director-level positions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Element K. Throughout his career he has successfully led marketing teams, salespeople, demand generation, national accounts, inside sales, and training. This experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges facing marketing and sales leaders today.

He is also the co-author of Conversations that Win the Complex Sale: Using Power Messaging to Create More Opportunities, Differentiate Your Solution, and Close More Deals (McGraw Hill). Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New York at Buffalo. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and three boys.

 


Lisa Cummings

Lisa Cummings

Vice President of Products

As Vice President of Products, Lisa is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing Corporate Visions’ product lines.

Lisa has more than 15 years of experience in global marketing, enterprise sales, instructional design, facilitation and training. She has developed products and delivered marketing programs and skills training to more than 9,000 participants in 14 countries. Under her leadership, consulting teams were responsible for product and service delivery to approximately 6,500 companies.

As founder and principal at Leader’s Lens, a training consulting firm, Lisa delivered training solutions to marketers from around the world. Previously, she served as a strategic delivery partner for the office of the CMO at Dell, where she built eLearning and in-person training products that helped bolster brand positioning, lead generation, storytelling, creativity and messaging.

Lisa earned her MBA in Business Management from St. Edward’s University, including a global immersion program in Central America. Lisa lives in the Austin area with her husband and rescue dogs. She enjoys trail running, RVing, and ranching activities with their longhorn cattle.
