As President, Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Corporate Visions, Joe Terry spearheads the company’s vision and strategy execution.

With more than 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations and executive management at companies such as Pacific Medical, PeopleSoft, Workstream and Kronos, Joe is focused on continuing to grow Corporate Visions into a world-class organization that serves its employees, customers, and communities.

Since his arrival in 2008, Joe has led the company to record growth in bookings, revenue and profits and has achieved an impressive 40% compounded annual EBITDA growth rate in the last seven years under his leadership. Additionally, Corporate Visions’ revenue has grown to over 7 times its original size since he first arrived.

Joe has played an instrumental role in leading the company through five successful acquisitions, including Launch International (June 2014), Executive Conversation (November 2013), BayGroup International (April 2013), WhiteboardSelling (September 2012) and Customer Message Management (August 2008). He also led the last two management buyout transactions with private equity partners Hammond, Kennedy & Whitney (July 2010) and Sentinel Capital Partners (May 2015).

A highly successful athlete, Joe played middle linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks and is an accomplished triathlete competitor. In addition to finishing many Ironman races, he won the 2012 Ironman Florida Executive Challenge for his age group and has twice qualified for and finished the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii (2013 and 2015). Joe founded the CVI Power Foundation, which supports employee and company donations to various charitable organizations all over the world.

Joe studied marketing at California State University, Hayward, and earned a B.A. in management from the University of Phoenix. He also has completed multiple executive education courses from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford School of Business and Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and twin daughters.


Tim Riesterer

Tim Riesterer is Chief Strategy Officer of Corporate Visions, responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company in thought leadership, positioning and product development. Tim has more than 20 years experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Tim co-founded Customer Message Management, LLC (CMM Group), where he was CEO until it was acquired by Corporate Visions in 2008. Before CMM Group, Tim was CMO and VP of Strategic Services for Ventaso. Additionally Tim was President and CEO of Brady Marketing Group and has worked in marketing, communication and sales support for world-class technology manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation and GE Medical Systems.Tim is co-author of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing’s Impact on Selling (Thomson/AMA), Conversations that Win the Complex Sale: Using Power Messaging to Create More Opportunities, Differentiate Your Solution, and Close More Deals (McGraw Hill) and The Three Value Conversations: How to Create, Elevate, and Capture Customer Value at Every Stage of the Long-Lead Sale (McGraw Hill) and has a degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tim lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife and four daughters, he enjoys singing and acting.

Gloria Fan

Gloria Fan

Chief Financial Officer

Gloria Fan is the Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Visions. She leads the Company’s Finance, HR, Legal and IT functions. Gloria is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize financial performance and growth of the company. Gloria is also responsible for leading the IT strategies in support of product development, service delivery and internal infrastructure.

Gloria brings over 20 years of experience in providing financial, operational and business leadership to high technology companies. She has taken two technology companies public in the NASDQ stock exchange and has completed about 20 merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to Corporate Visions, Gloria worked as the CFO of ClearEdge Power, Inc. where she led the sale of the Company to Doosan, a $20B Korean company. Prior to ClearEdge Power, Gloria worked in the solid-state lighting industry for 7 years as the CFO for Pinecone Energies and Bridgelux. During that time, Gloria raised over $100M from private placement and debt financing and participated in the strategic development of the companies. Prior to Bridgelux, Gloria spent 7 years at UTStarcom as Vice President of Finance and Global Business Operations. During her tenure at UTStarcom, the company conducted its IPO, grew revenue from $186M to $4B per year and completed over 10 merger and acquisition transactions.

On her list of accomplishments, Gloria received the “CFO of the Year” award by Silicon Valley Business Journey in 2008. She holds a MS from Purdue University and enjoys outdoor activities, trail running, yoga and bar method exercise.


Kevin Guthrie

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Strategic Accounts

Kevin Guthrie is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Accounts. He is responsible for leading all Corporate Visions’ sales activities, account management and strategic reseller relationships.

Kevin possesses 18 years of sales and executive sales management experience in the enterprise software and services industries. His teams have consistently exceeded financial targets, and Corporate Visions has delivered record sales every year since Kevin joined the company in 2010.

Prior to joining Corporate Visions, Kevin led Oracle’s Commercial CRM On-Demand Team as Vice President of North America Sales. Under his leadership, CRM On-Demand was the fastest growing business application in Oracle’s portfolio. Kevin also held various sales leadership positions at Hyperion Solutions until it was acquired by Oracle.

As a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Kevin worked for the US Department of Justice and participated in the London Study Program prior to graduating with a BA degree. He has completed additional coursework in Corporate Finance at University of California, Berkeley. Kevin enjoys family activities, exercise, golf and playing the guitar. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and four daughters.

Leo Hanna

Executive Vice President and Managing Director, International

Leo Hanna is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International Sales. He is responsible for leading all Corporate Visions’ sales activities, account management and strategic reseller relationships across the EMEA and APAC regions. Leo has over 20 years of sales and executive sales management experience in the enterprise software, cloud and professional services industries.

Before joining Corporate Visions, Hanna led Saba Corporation’s EMEA operations as general manager and senior vice president for the region. Under his leadership, SABA EMEA made the significant transition from being a software licensing company to becoming a cloud services provider. Prior to Saba Corporation, Hanna held senior sales and marketing leadership positions at Oracle, Symantec and Microsoft Corporation, with roles in the UK subsidiaries, EMEA and APAC leadership functions. Hanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computing from De Montfort University, and lives in London.

Mike Miller

Mike Miller

SVP & General Manager East Sales Region

Mike Miller is Senior Vice President and General Manager East Sales Region at Corporate Visions. He is responsible for leading sales execution in the Eastern U.S.

A native Australian, Mike has a seasoned background in international sales, marketing, management and training. Prior to leading sales, he spent 10 years as a senior consultant at Corporate Visions, working with some of the largest brands in the world including Oracle, ADP, GE, Volvo Trucks, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo, among many others. Fueled by a passion to ‘change the way the world markets and sells,’ he has delivered messaging skills workshops, positioning events and keynotes in over 18 countries around the world.

His professional experience includes several executive management roles, such as General Manager for Computer Education Services Corporation, Brand Strategy Development for Auragen Communications, and International Sales and Marketing Manager for Ziff-Davis.

His global experience extends to his personal life as well. Mike spent a year as an ambassador to the Jordanian royal family, helping to improve the lives of physically and mentally handicapped citizens of Jordan. He also worked at the Jordanian Sports Federation assisting in the training of Jordan’s National Sports teams for sitting volleyball, table-tennis and track and field programs, for the 1992 Barcelona Paralympics.

Mike enjoys volleyball, golfing and boating as well as wilderness camping in the Adirondack mountains of Upstate New York with his wife and 2 children.


Nicci Nesmith Hammerel

Nicci Nesmith Hammerel is the Chief of Staff as well as the Director of Content Consulting for Corporate Visions. In her role as Chief of Staff, she supports and provides strategic advice to Chief Executive Officer, Joe Terry. Because she understands the company’s intricacies, customers, and team members who make it all work, she offers valuable “gut checks” to the members of the executive team. As the CEO’s trusted counsel, Nicci’s role requires resourcefulness as well as strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills.

Since her career at Corporate Visions began in 2009, Nicci has worked closely with companies like ADP, Dell, Oracle, and GE to develop and tell their story in a memorable way. Before joining the consulting team, Nicci oversaw product development, helping shape the conversation skills and message creation process taught in every Corporate Visions workshop. Most recently, her background delivering consulting services has helped hone her ability to listen to what people are saying—while also understanding what people aren’t saying—to identify and address underlying issues. This experience has given her a unique glimpse into the challenges and triumphs corporations experience when reaching across departments and geographies to work toward a common goal.

Nicci earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado. She was bestowed summa cum laude honors, two collegiate awards in academic distinction and leadership, and a grant for her work on visual rhetoric. Her dedication to communication and business excellence is rivaled only by her commitment to living an active, outdoor lifestyle. She lives on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe with her husband and daughter.


Erik Peterson

Executive Vice President, Consulting

Erik Peterson is Executive Vice President of Consulting of Corporate Visions. He is responsible for leading the company’s consulting team globally, including staff and certified contractors. Erik has delivered consulting engagements, keynotes, and messaging skills workshops to more than 10,000 marketing and sales executives in over 13 countries, and his team has done this work in 56 countries around the world.

Prior to Corporate Visions, Erik held various director-level positions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Element K. Throughout his career he has successfully led marketing teams, salespeople, demand generation, national accounts, inside sales, and training. This experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges facing marketing and sales leaders today.

He is also the co-author of Conversations that Win the Complex Sale: Using Power Messaging to Create More Opportunities, Differentiate Your Solution, and Close More Deals (McGraw Hill) and The Three Value Conversations: How to Create, Elevate, and Capture Customer Value at Every Stage of the Long-Lead Sale (McGraw Hill). Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New York at Buffalo. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and three boys.


Mike Rohan

SVP & General Manager West Sales Region

Mike Rohan is Senior Vice President and General Manager West Sales Region at Corporate Visions. He is responsible for leading sales execution in the Western U.S.

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in sales, global sales management, operations and executive management at companies. Prior to Corporate Visions, he built and managed high performance sales teams at Honeywell International and Executive Conversation, where he led the organization to record profits and sales.

Mike’s specialties include general management, P & L management, strategic selling, C-level selling, sales process development and implementation, account planning, channel sales and service sales.

Mike received his degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University, and has completed multiple executive education courses provided by Harvard and Boston College. A resident of the Seattle area, where he lives with his wife, Mike enjoys family activities, fly fishing, golf and the outdoors.

Jen Zick

Executive Vice President, Marketing

Jennifer Zick is a passionate and driven leader with more than 15 years of marketing experience with innovative, entrepreneurial, and accelerated-growth companies. As the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Corporate Visions, Jennifer leads the company’s brand, communications and business development teams and programs.

Jennifer has held executive roles in both start-up and global consulting firms. Most recently, Jennifer was head of marketing for PwC’s Salesforce technology practice, representing the fastest-growing and third largest salesforce.com implementation partnership. Prior to joining PwC, Jennifer was a founding member of Magnet 360, where she was responsible for all facets of marketing strategy and execution. Under her leadership, marketing programs influenced more than 70% of the firm’s net new revenue each year—no small feat for a company that was recognized on the Inc. 500 list of “Fastest Growth Companies” for its 1,231% growth over three years (2013).

In 2014, Jennifer was the recipient of the Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award for her business accomplishments and contributions to her community, including volunteering with several non-profit organizations. Currently, Jennifer is a board advisor for the Minnesota chapter of the Business Marketing Association, where she served as President (2014-2015) and Vice President of Events & Development (2012-2013). Within the broader marketing and business community, Jennifer is a sought after speaker and moderator on topics such as women in leadership, content marketing and social media.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in English from the University of Minnesota. Jennifer lives in the Minneapolis area, where she enjoys running, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their three children.
