job summary

Fun, rapidly expanding company seeking a Resource Manager to work as part of a team to schedule and coordinate Consultant activities (primarily workshops) for 75+ independent Contract and Employee Consultants. We are seeking an outgoing, positive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced client focused environment, and possesses exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills. Problem solving, flexibility, ability to multi-task and attention to detail are essential.


• Coordinate with Sales team and Customer Engagement Managers to schedule Consultants as needed
• Communicate with Consultants to schedule events and share schedule/calendar updates
• Maintain up-to-date Consultant Calendar at all times
• Run weekly meetings with the Customer Engagement team

additional duties

• Alert Consultants regarding urgent, time-sensitive information
• Assist Consultants with issues they may have
• Update Consultant contact information and send to all staff as needed
• Provide calendar updates/schedule changes to Consultants when requested
• Provide various reports when requested

experience and skills required

• 1-3 years + of increasingly challenging experience in customer service and/or business administration. Experience coordinating professional or similar schedules, and/or experience with instructional services professionals a plus
• Strong customer service skills and orientation; demonstrable approach to problem-solving; friendly and outgoing interpersonal and telephone personality; articulate, clear speech
• Familiarity with general business and customer service acumen, and familiarity with a variety of service industry concepts, practices, and procedures; exceptional listening and communications skills; strong team player; very detail-oriented; ability to learn and master computer programs including databases and scheduling software, with incoming intermediate skills in MS Word, and MS Excel; very strong initiative and follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team Player
