  • Customer may use the Delivery Days for workshops, training, and other services that are part of the CVI offerings, as selected by Client and are available for use within the SOW Term.

Custom Delivery Days

  • Scope of services to include:
    A CVI consultant will facilitate the session using the content as described in the SOW

Where reference is made to Consulting Days, the term Delivery Days may be used interchangeably.

Impact Studies

Impact Study engagement includes the following related to Core Competencies and Skills Library licenses workshops or subscription services purchased from CVI:

  • Measurement for the number of participants specified in the SOW
  • Prep call with CVI to discuss measurement engagement
  • 90 days post-event online assessment of workshop participants (survey delivered in English only)
  • Complete report in English, documenting behavior change, deal impact and success stories
  • Follow up call with CVI to review results
  • Additional fees will apply for any additional measurement services requested beyond what is listed in the SOW.

Train the Trainer

Train-the-Trainer Intensive Workshop for Core Competencies and Skills Library

  • Train-the-Trainer Licenses for the number of Train-the-Trainer Candidates (“Trainer Candidate”)
  • One workshop “Leader’s Guide” and “Leader Slide Deck” per Trainer Candidate
  • Offered as either a two-day or four-day workshop, dependent on Core Competency or Skill being trained on
  • Up to 4 Trainer Candidates per Intensive Workshop
  • Trainer Candidate(s) must:
    • Successfully complete each eLearning Module for the Licensed Product for which the Trainer Candidate is attempting certification, listed in the Fees Section.
    • Successfully attend a CVI-facilitated workshop for the same workshop for which the Trainer Candidate is attempting certification.
    • Read through, study, and practice all elements of the Leaders Guide for each Licensed Product for which the Trainer Candidate is attempting certification, listed in the Fees Section, and be prepared to stand and deliver components of the programs

Train-the-Trainer Certification Event

  • Offered as either a one-day or two-day workshop, dependent on Core Competency or Skill being certified on
  • A CVI certified consultant to support the Trainer Candidate(s) first workshop (certification event) taught by each of the Trainer Candidate(s) to be certified
