Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

Last Revised: May 29, 2026

Purpose

This Artificial Intelligence Use Policy explains how Corporate Visions, Inc. (“CVI”) permits and restricts the use of CVI materials in connection with artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine learning technologies. This Policy is intended to promote responsible use of CVI’s proprietary content, methodologies, and deliverables while protecting CVI’s intellectual property and the integrity of its products and services. This Policy applies to all customers, users, vendors, and third parties who access or use CVI materials, whether through CVI products, services, platforms, content, or otherwise.

Scope of CVI Materials

For purposes of this Policy, “CVI materials” include CVI’s proprietary content, data, methodologies, frameworks, training materials, videos, presentations, deliverables, and any other information provided by or on behalf of CVI, in any format.

General Prohibition on AI Use

Except with CVI’s express written consent, CVI materials must not be used to:

• Train, fine-tune, adapt, or otherwise develop or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including large language models or agents;

• Create or augment derivative datasets, including embeddings, indices, vectors, or similar representations; or

• Be processed using third-party or public AI systems in a manner that permits retention, learning, or reuse of CVI materials.

Any other AI use requires CVI’s express written authorization.

Ownership and Derivatives

CVI retains all right, title, and interest in and to CVI materials and all derivatives, including any embeddings, indices, vectors, caches, logs, outputs, or other artifacts derived from CVI materials. This Policy does not grant any license or rights beyond those expressly provided in applicable agreements with CVI.

Deletion and Retention

Upon expiration or termination of the applicable license, or upon CVI’s written request, CVI materials and any derived artifacts described above must be promptly deleted or returned and not retained in any AI-related systems, tools, or datasets. If retention is required by applicable law or regulation, such retention must strictly limit any further use of CVI materials and derived artifacts for any purposes other than storage.

Verification and Compliance

CVI may request reasonable information, attestations, and supporting documentation to verify compliance with this Policy. CVI may also exercise any contractual rights to inspect, audit and review any systems or processes related to use of CVI’s materials for AI-related purposes. Failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to CVI materials and may constitute a breach of applicable agreements and, where applicable, a violation of applicable law or regulation.

Relationship to Contractual Terms.
